Thai 3 taste is a very famous mango variety from Thailand. Three Taste mango has a great dependency on climate and nature. During early season it has Flatness and insipid taste due to heavy rain. We found a change of taste while collected in dry time of season. Late season mango has a Complex flavor, combination of sour and sweet. The Complicity feels good as it has no flatness unlike the variety of rainy time. They had Brix meter rating of 17.6, and 20.3 respectively.
