Return/Refund/Replace Policy

1. For any live plants return or refund will not be accepted.

2. If plants are broken or dead, buyer must WhatsApp unboxing videos of packaging & damaged plants. After ensuring genuineness, we must replace you same new plant. In this case Florida Farms BD will pay the courier cost.

3. For claiming any replacement buyer must WhatsApp unboxing video with in 2 days of receiving.
