1. Full payment must be made at checkout for every order.

2. Cash on delivery not allowed.

3. For any damaged delivery, please read carefully our Return/Refund/Replace policy before confirming any order.

4. For any late pickup from courier Florida Farms BD will not be responsible. Replacement policy will not be applicable.

Delivery Time:

1. For any pick-up from nursery order, customers can pickup any time as per hour working hours.

2. For any regular order inside Dhaka, product will be delivered within 5-7 days and outside Dhaka within 8-10 days.

3. For any Pre-Orders, it may take 2/3 months to complete the package ready for delivery.

   As soon as the package is ready we will take 5-7 days for inside Dhaka & 8-10 days for outside Dhaka.
